Kurt Cobain filled dozens of notebooks with lyrics, drawings, and writings about his plans for Nirvana and his thoughts about fame, the state of music, and the people who bought and sold him and his music. Over twenty of these notebooks survived his many moves and travels and have been locked in a safe since his death. His journals reveal an artist who loved records, who knew the history of rock, and who was determined to define his place in that history.

I did not feel guilty reading. However the thought crossed my mind if Kurt would have minded the sell out of his arrangement of ideas. After 10 years after the death and what his Aunt went through. The one who traveled from school to school to commemorate his legacy. I think he would have approved.

"memoria" are the best notes for lyrics.

I really like it but I couldn't help but feel guilty when I read it. It's his DIARY. So I stopped reading it. I only read two entries but while I was reading them I kept looking over my shoulder because for some reason in my twisted little mind I was waiting to hear him say, "What the hell are you doing reading my stuff?" I'm still scared that he's gonna haunt my dreams for the rest of my life for only reading only two entries....

Kurt would not of wanted his Thoughts and writings shown the world, But on that note, maybe he did, maybe it was a ll a plan, what a mysterious mind. LOVE IT.
