This was one of the most tedious reads ever. It did not live up to expectations.

Clever narrative device, telling the tale from the dog's POV. A bittersweet tale of family, devotion and love.

Awww, I found this a sad little book! Right up to the very last page I was hoping for a different outcome, but it wasn't to be ... I really enjoyed the way the book was written from the dog's viewpoint, and the humour in it - if only the ending could have been different!
