The author is a psychologist with a 30-year practice who undertook a survey of 200 working women and identified 8 types of "bitches" in the workplace.
This book allows us to understand the behavior to react appropriately.
Sometimes "bitches" may not even know what motivates them, but this psychologist's insights give us a tool by positing what leads an Excluder to exclude or a Screamer to scream. The book is very well written and enjoyable to read.
