Empire of the Sun’s Two Vines is another great album from the electronic music duo. These guys keep releasing such melodious albums. Walking On A Dream, Ice On The Dune, and now with Two Vines; these guys keep getting better and better. Although each song stands out in this album, First Crush definitely stood out the most. It’s a cute and heartwarming song with a nostalgic tune. This song makes you feel like you were zapped back to when you had your first crush. The aesthetic that these guys have is quite majestic. Their look and their sound, especially with this album, perfectly suit each other. Their album covers all look like fantasy movie posters and are just so beautiful. I highly recommend that you listen to this album and the others too.

The wait is finally over. Luke and Nick stick to the tried and true craft, but perhaps with a more atmospheric feel.
The song First Crush is a gem, the dreamy synths capture the overwhelming feeling of that first crush.
High and Low is the single from the album, an infectious anthem track that makes you want to dance.
Things slow down at the end a little bit with 'To Her Door', definitely sounds like an extension from their first album 'Walking on a Dream'. A beautiful ballad to end the album.

Favourite tracks: First Crush, To Her Door, Digital Life, Two Vines and the the deluxe album track, Welcome to My Life
