Companion to the Big Hungry Bear. Not quite as good as the original but still excellent. I love the illustrations! The story has a nice message as well.

The mouse is getting his house all ready for Christmas with plenty of presents for himself when he is reminded of the Big Hungry Bear. He tries to protect his presents but soon overcomes his fear to share with the Big Hungry Bear who never gets presents- and gets a nice surprise for himself at the end.
