Prof. Arkes comes across as very pompous and opinionated. And I say this as one who agrees with his opinions! I just didn't get anything out of this because it's all about Prof. Arkes, not about the foundations of Natural Law Theory and philosophy.

Again, even though I have the same opinions, I am appalled by this. It is a polemical "opinion piece" rather than a course on Political Philosophy.
